Warehouse Manager:
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations for Bright Event Rentals&rsquo; Dallas location. This role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, maintaining inventory and equipment readiness, and ensuring operations support event timelines across the region. The Warehouse Manager works closely with Operations leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and consistent execution in a high-volume environment.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead daily warehouse operations to support events throughout the DFW market.</li><li>
Manage, coach, and develop warehouse team members to meet performance and safety standards.</li><li>
Ensure rental equipment is organized, maintained, and ready to meet delivery schedules.</li><li>
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse and yard environment.</li><li>
Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.</li><li>
Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll accuracy for warehouse staff.</li><li>
Partner with Operations leadership to support event production timelines and peak demand periods.</li><li>
Address team performance issues, safety concerns, and policy violations as needed.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels, equipment condition, and operational reporting.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency during busy seasons.</li></ul>
Qualifications for Warehouse Manager:<ul><li>
Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.</li><li>
Experience managing priorities in a market with changing schedules and tight deadlines.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>
Comfortable using basic computer systems, including Outlook and Excel.</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours during peak event periods.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a driving record that meets company standards.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access all areas of the warehouse and yard.</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred for the DFW market.</li></ul>

Shop Fabrication Associate
The Shop Fabrication Associate plays an important role in supporting Bright&rsquo;s operations by building, repairing, and maintaining custom equipment used for events. This role focuses on carpentry and fabrication projects, including constructing custom structures, modifying equipment, and assisting with specialty builds for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale productions.
This position works in a shop environment using carpentry tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and building unique projects while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Occasionally, this role may support installations or project work on-site as needed.
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Build and fabricate custom structures and equipment for events</li><li>
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental equipment</li><li>
Use carpentry skills to assemble, modify, and maintain event products</li><li>
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment</li><li>
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to project requirements</li><li>
Inspect products to ensure they meet Bright&rsquo;s quality and safety standards</li><li>
Assist with staining, sanding, assembly, and other fabrication tasks as needed</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment</li><li>
Support warehouse and operations teams with custom projects</li><li>
Occasionally assist with on-site installations when required</li></ul>
Qualifications for Shop Fabrication Associate<ul><li>
Experience in carpentry, fabrication, construction, or maintenance work</li><li>
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment</li><li>
Ability to read measurements and complete projects accurately</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced shop or warehouse environment</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required for occasional site visits</li><li>
Spanish speaking is a plus</li><li>
Reliable, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fabrication shop or warehouse environment</li><li>
Ability to safely operate tools and equipment</li></ul>
