Key Information:<ul><li>

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (onsite with local travel)</li><li>
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually</li><li>
Shift: Monday &ndash; Friday; 8:00am &ndash; 4:30pm</li></ul> 

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering requirements, and maintaining strong relationships.</li><li>
Develop and maintain written procedures, reports, and documentation to support operational efficiency.</li><li>
Work closely with employees to ensure teams are aligned and performing effectively.</li><li>
Assist in daily mailroom operations including mail screening, sorting, and distribution.</li><li>
Perform local deliveries and provide hands-on support as needed to meet client and operational needs.</li><li>
Identify process improvements and contribute to overall workflow optimization.</li><li>
Assisting the director in the management and operations of employees at various client sites</li></ul> 

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>
Comfortable performing both administrative and physical tasks.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>
Preferred:
<ul><li>Prior military experience (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard) or experience with Federal Government operations.</li><li>
A current Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.</li><li>
Prior experience in mailroom operations, mail screening
</li><li>CBRNE or X-Ray experience is preferred</li><li>
TSA screening experience</li></ul></li></ul>
