Job Title: Immigration Sales ConsultantLocation: Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; 5,000 per monthJob OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant with proven experience in the UAE immigration consultancy market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients by providing accurate immigration guidance, assessing eligibility, and clearly presenting our service offerings. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in guiding them through the initial stages of their immigration journey with confidence and empathy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and web forms</li><li>Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities</li></ul>Client Consultation<ul><li>Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person, phone, or virtual) to understand client goals and background</li><li>Provide tailored advice on suitable immigration pathways</li></ul>Eligibility Assessment<ul><li>Assess client profiles against current immigration requirements for various programs, including:</li><li>Canada (Express Entry, PNPs)</li><li>Australia (Skilled Migration)</li><li>UK and USA programs</li></ul>Sales &amp; Conversion<ul><li>Present and sell appropriate immigration services</li><li>Clearly explain processes, timelines, costs, and documentation requirements</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build strong, trust-based relationships through transparent and ethical guidance</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures</li><li>Ensure all advice provided aligns with current regulations</li></ul>Documentation &amp; CRM<ul><li>Collect initial documentation from clients</li><li>Ensure agreements and forms are completed accurately</li><li>Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate closely with case processing and legal teams to ensure smooth handover of signed clients</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Immigration Sales Consultant or similar role in the UAE</li><li>Sales Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in an immigration consultancy environment</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA, IRELAND, NETHERLANDS</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, persuasive, and client-focused approach</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office</li><li>Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog, Hindi and Urdu (in addition to English)</li><li>Experience handling a broader range of immigration programs</li></ul>How to ApplyEmail: Info@brightnestmigration.comNote: Only candidates who meet the mandatory criteria will be contacted.If you want, I can also:<ul><li>Create a short LinkedIn / Indeed version</li><li>Rewrite this as a high-conversion sales job ad</li><li>Tailor it for recruitment agencies or internal HR use</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED2,500.00 per month
