Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage the daily, weekly and monthly activities of the Revenue Cycle Account Receivable Coordinators related to the billing, collections and first stage claims denial processing</li><li>
Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work process</li><li>
Supports financial planning by understanding cash strategies and expectations</li><li>
Updates receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily billings, claims processing and denials and unapplied cash clearing. processing and bank remittance transactions</li><li>
Maintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls</li><li>
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential</li><li>
Accomplishes Revenue Cycle and organization mission by completing related results as needed</li><li>
Reviews escalated accounts customers referred by Account Receivable Coordinators; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment</li><li>
Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Supervision, Staffing, Financial Software, Forecasting, Statements of Financial Accounting Standards Rules, Confidentiality, Managing Processes, Developing Budgets, Accounting, Thoroughness</li></ul><div><b>
Education:</b></div><ul><li>
Associates Degree Preferred Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Management Preferred</li><li>
Three to six years supervisory experience</li></ul>
