BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Process Analyst to join our team. As an A/R Process Analyst you will play an important part of our team with managing and analyzing financial transactions within our billing and collections department. If you like to problem solve, love numbers, and have great analytical skills this is the position for you!</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Analyze aging for assigned operations and follow up on all outstanding accounts. Provide proper coding and comments for all outstanding balances.</li><li>
Identify payor issues and report out.</li><li>
Complete follow up process to ensure full adjudication of claims.
</li><li>Identifies adjustments throughout the month for assigned Operations.</li><li>
Timely follow up on insurance claim denials, exceptions, or exclusions.</li><li>
Maintain open communication with Billing Specialist, Cash Application Analyst and Operations.</li><li>
Send cash transfer &amp; check requests to the cash team.
</li><li>Reading and interpreting insurance explanation of benefits.</li><li>
Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and providers.
</li><li>Works in Waystar to identify denials and timely resolution.</li><li>
Timely follow up of accounts to ensure timely filing limits are met.</li><li>
Performs general accounts receivable functions regarding revenue billing and cash processes.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent, Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher preferred.</li><li>
At least 2 years healthcare billing, private insurance and/or federally funded programs, researching aging and claims.</li><li>
Experience in reading and understanding remits for denial reasons and experience with State Billing Portal sites, preferred.</li><li>
Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies to ensure maximum entitled reimbursement preferred.</li><li>
Responsible use of confidential information.</li><li>
Must have strong/professional communication skills (email and phone) as well as computer skills to include Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Must understand conditions of payment and experience with State billing portals preferred.</li><li>
HCHB (Home Care Home Base) experience preferred.</li><li>
Home Health Hospice related experience preferred.</li></ul>

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support to operations for various human resources responsibilities including training, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, HR compliance and retention. The HR Specialist is focused on maintaining local compliance with state, federal, and BrightSpring Health requirements. The HR Specialist should have a full understanding of the recruitment cycle to provide support to operations. The HR Specialist should partner with each service site to develop and implement a recruitment and retention plan and by partnering with Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Providing administrative support in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluation</li><li>
Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications</li><li>
Processing and reviewing employment applications in the ATS in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants</li><li>
Examining employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions</li><li>
Requesting information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicants' employment acceptability</li><li>
Responding to employee, manager and HR team requests and escalating issues as appropriate</li><li>
Providing support for employee on-boarding as well as employee exit meetings</li><li>
Conducting orientation and training for administrative staff as needed</li><li>
Train HR Coordinators and Supervisors on progressive corrective action process and ensure fair and consistent implementation of corrective actions. Consult with Regional HR Manager on corrective actions, determine corrective action level, complete appropriate documentation. Provide support to supervisors in corrective action meetings, as needed.</li><li>
Assisting with data management and file maintenance to include day to day data entry and employee data maintenance in the HRIS</li><li>
Creation and processing of Personnel Action Forms (PAF) for your assigned service site</li><li>
Providing on-boarding administrative support, and arranging for in-house and external training activities</li><li>
Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations</li><li>
Train HR team members</li><li>
Provide objective feedback and solution-focued recommendations in resolving conflict and employee relation matters</li><li>
Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, state and federal employement related rules and interpret policy for stakeholders</li><li>
Maintain positive employee relations with staff and management</li><li>
Inform operations of worker&rsquo;s compensation claims process. Assist as needed with claim processing. Keep supervisors and management team informed of open claims and return-to-work status</li><li>
Conduct workplace investigations, as needed</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
One year experience in an administrative position</li><li>
Excellent Customer Service Skills</li><li>
Knowledge or previous experience working in an office setting with computers, phones, and other related tasks
</li><li>Knowledge in the areas of labor standards, data entry, worker's compensation reporting, OSHA reporting and Affirmative Action data integrity</li><li>
General knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulatory compliance</li><li>
Must communicate professionally and positively with employees, customers and all levels of management</li><li>
Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>
Capacity to solve problems independently and as a member of a team</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to easily maintain several projects and priorities concurrently</li><li>
