We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) in Lowell, Chelmsford, Framingham or surrounding areas to join our team on a per diem basis. ( Per deim Role: You will be paid per visit)
 
 
 
 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 A Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available to support our skilled nursing and sub-acute rehab partners within the BrightStar Care Acton&ndash;Andover&ndash;Lowell areas. This role offers the flexibility of per diem work with the opportunity to join additional PRN rosters across our local care network.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive and compassionate physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess patients&rsquo; functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver skilled interventions, therapeutic exercises, and education to patients and caregivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with company and regulatory standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective care
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a safe and positive therapy environment at all times
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license to practice in Massachusetts
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute rehab settings is preferred but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage a flexible per diem schedule
 </li>
 </ul>
