SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $400 (received after 6 months of active employment)
Flexible, part-time positions available that require availability on weekdays during the hours of 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

$200 for our entry-level role or $400 if you have at least 6 months of ABA experience (received after 6 months of active employment)</li><li>

Job Description:</li></ul>
A Behavior Technician provides direct in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).<ul><li>
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.</li><li>
Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Positive Behavior Support techniques</li><li>
Collect accurate &amp; reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis</li><li>
Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client&rsquo;s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.</li><li>
Attend monthly staff meetings and professional development meetings</li><li>
Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication</li><li>
Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience</li><li>
$20 - $26 per hour based on experience and education</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma required</li><li>
One year of experience working with children (preferred)</li><li>
Minimum 6 months&rsquo; experience working with individuals with Autism or related diagnoses or training in ABA or enrolled in BCBA classes a plus (preferred)</li><li>
Must have a reliable means of transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license, registration, and proof of insurance</li><li>
Must pass a TB test (or provide TB test results within past 4 years)</li><li>
Must pass a criminal background check (FBI/DOJ clearance)</li><li>
Bilingual a plus (Spanish)</li><li>
Must be 18 years or older</li></ul> 
Availability:
The work hours and days for clients is based on individual therapy sessions and are conducted on a one-to-one basis. Each employee will work within their desired number of hours per week. This is a part-time position with a 90 day probationary period.<ul><li>
15+ Hours/Week with possibility for increased hours in the following locations: Downey, San Gabriel Valley, East Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, South Bay</li><li>
Potential opportunity to grow into a full time position based on client needs</li><li>
MUST BE AVAILABLE a minimum of (4-5) four to five weekdays inclusive of (4) evenings per week (evenings represent after 2:30pm PST) with a (4) four hour shift</li><li>
Weekend availability preferred but not required</li><li>
Service expectations include traveling up to a 20 mile radius of your location</li></ul>

Monday to Friday</li><li>
Weekends as needed</li></ul>
