Job Summary Bright White Dental is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered practice focused on delivering high-quality care, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term relationship with both our team and patients.Position Details:<ul><li>Schedule: Mondays &amp; Wednesdays, 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM, potential to add Fridays</li><li>Compensation: $900/day, transitioning to 35% commission after 3 months</li><li>Supportive staff and modern technology in a collaborative environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A dentist who is passionate about providing excellent patient care</li><li>Commitment to a long-term role within our practice</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li><li>Current dental license in the state of [Your State]</li></ul>. 2 years experience as a practicing provider, RCT proficiency (including molars) and other general dentistry skills.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging.</li><li>Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
