What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)</b><br>
</div><ul><li>
Processes a wide variety of transactions for members including, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, payroll adjustments, bank checks, gift cards, VISA cash advances, IRA deposits/withdrawals in accordance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.</li><li>
Consistently develops potential new business by uncovering clues and needs during interactions with members, presenting the benefits of those products/services and referring the member to the appropriate CU partner for fulfillment. Provides the highest quality member service by listening, communication, and referring members to appropriate personnel as necessary to meet quarterly goals.</li><li>
Uses sound judgement and interpersonal skills to effectively assist members.</li><li>
Maintains and balances a backup cash vault, if assigned by Branch Manager.</li><li>
Assists in training new Tellers.</li><li>
 Participates in opening and closing the branch.</li><li>
Interacts with members and staff on a daily basis in prompt, effective and professional manner.</li><li>
Balances cash drawer and makes settlement of the day's activities in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensures that cash limits are consistently followed as per established Credit Union procedures, cash is kept secure at all times and locked in the vault each night.</li><li>
Assists members with accessing their safe deposit boxes.</li><li>
Answers telephones, provides information and/or directs caller to appropriate department/employee.</li><li>
Assists in opening the night depository and logs deposits as needed.</li><li>
Participates in balancing ATM, under dual control, as necessary.</li><li>
Adheres to all aspects of the Credit Union Bank Secrecy Act policy and procedures.</li><li>
Ability to work some Saturdays during the month and occasionally provides temporary coverage in alternate locations for an unplanned absence situation.</li><li>
Works towards achieving sale/service goals by attending department meetings, on-on-one meetings, and product knowledge and selling skills training on an ongoing basis.</li><li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For (Your Qualifications)</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>
One year of previous teller experience preferred with a satisfactory balancing record.</li><li>
Basic math skills; familiarity with keyboard/personal computer; customer/member service skills; effective written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills and data entry skills required.</li><li>
Strong desire to work with the general public.</li><li>
Flexibility of work hours and proven reliability/dependability required.</li><li>
Must have a valid drivers license for coverage of retail branches.</li><li>

What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)</b><br>

Maintains a working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union.</li><li>
Performs all sales and service activities necessary to meet the assigned quarterly goals while creating an exceptional member experience. Focused on relationship deepening by creating member interest in additional products and services.</li><li>
Demonstrates willingness and openness to coaching while striving for excellence in sales and service execution.</li><li>
Maintains a working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union including but not limited to periodic promotional offerings.</li><li>
Maintains a working knowledge of all electronic delivery channels in order to assist members with access and use of online banking, bill pay and the mobile application.</li><li>
Originates and closes all loan types via direct member contact, telephone, mail and fax applications. Uses loan processing system to create approved documents for funding and disbursement. Ensures that all conditions for approval are met, obtains all required documentation, and disburses loans via direct member contact or mail. Demonstrates full knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations and laws.</li><li>
Performs all the duties and functions for the ATM/Debit card issuance, including all new, reissues, and maintenance on the system.</li><li>
Promotes, refers and sells additional third party products as determined by the Credit Union.</li><li>
Function as a Membership Officer in the Branch, as approved by the Board of Directors.</li><li>
Handles opening and closing of all account types and completes all proper documentation.</li><li>
Cross trains on all teller line functions to provide backup assistance in this area when deemed necessary by the Branch Manager.</li><li>
Assists Call Center with resolution of member issues on a daily basis.</li><li>
Adheres to all aspects of the Credit Union Bank Secrecy Act policy and procedures.</li><li>
Fills in at other branches as requested.</li></ul><div><div><div><div><p><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For (Your Qualifications)</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>
Minimum of two years Customer Service experience preferably in a financial institution.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organization skills required.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with members and staff is essential.</li><li>
Experience with personal computers in a windows environment including Outlook, Excel and Word.</li><li>
Flexibility of work hours and proven reliability/dependability required.</li><li>
Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively and accurately.</li><li>
Must have excellent cross-selling and problem solving skills.</li><li>
Must possess a professional and positive attitude and image to all of our members, at all times.</li><li>
Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System &amp; Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>
