 We are looking for a
 
 Technical Project Manager
 
 to join our Brightly team in Cairo, Egypt.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead coordination and planning for project activities to ensure that the processes run smoothly from initiation, through execution, and delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocations across multiple engineering disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the interaction between engineering, product and other functions by identifying priorities, defining cross-functional breakthroughs, and coordinating schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own project documentation, status tracking, and communication between stakeholders to ensure delivery and overall project health.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help drive communication and clarity across all levels of the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to an environment that's conducive to a great execution culture and removes obstacles to project completion.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience as a project manager including experience in launching and delivering projects and prior experience managing software projects through their full lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to solve complicated problems creatively and effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills, empathy for the needs of all stakeholders, and a track record of delivering projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of software engineering and product management practices, with the ability to advocate for stakeholders and product owners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a rapid growth of the organization, working cross-functionally with teams delivering enterprise software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong bias for action, demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.

 Fluency with (Jira &amp; Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides, LucidChart/Spark).
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management / Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are highly desired.
