 Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

 Core Responsibility:
 
 Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide technical oversight to the QC Inspection team.
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 QMS Ownership:
 
 Proven experience maintaining or implementing ISO 9001 standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Audit Management:
 
 Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Process Control:
 
 Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA (Corrective Actions), and non-conformance reports (NCR).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Literacy:
 
 Ability to interpret complex fabrication blueprints and GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leadership:
 
 While not necessarily a "Manager," this person will guide the two existing QC Inspectors on technical standards.
 </li>
