We're looking for experienced sales professionals to help manage the volume.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>In-Home Sales Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations where you&rsquo;ll present and sell Brightside Windows products and services.</li><li>Canvassing &amp; Door-to-Door Sales: Actively canvass local neighborhoods and engage in door-to-door outreach to generate leads and set appointments.</li><li>Track Your Performance: Report sales numbers to the manager and be accountable for your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Manage Your Pipeline: Utilize our CRM to manage your customer pipeline and follow up on leads.</li><li>Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales goals and close percentages.</li><li>Work with a Canvassing Team: Collaborate with our canvassing team to drive lead generation.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>At least 2 years of sales experience&mdash;previous in-home sales experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.</li><li>A reliable vehicle and smartphone are required for the role.</li><li>Accountability for personal sales goals and performance metrics.</li></ul>About Brightside Windows:At Brightside Windows, we specialize in high-end, energy-efficient windows and doors, serving the Nationwide.
