Overview</b></div>

The Systems Engineer is a technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software-intensive systems that drive organizational efficiency and innovation. This role integrates software development with systems engineering principles, ensuring that software meets functional requirements while considering hardware compatibility, overall system architecture, and performance goals. The engineer is responsible for the entire system lifecycle, from analyzing user needs and translating them into technical specifications to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. A successful Systems Engineer possesses a strong understanding of software engineering, system architecture, programming, and testing, and is skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Responsibilities</b></div></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul>
<li>Solutions setup including hardware and software.</li>
<li>Configuration, deployment, support, troubleshooting of infrastructure solutions and services including, but not limited to:<br>
<ul><li>Red Hat Linux or other distribution</li>
<li>Windows Server</li>
<li>Containers and OpenShift</li>
<li>Hypervisor VMWare ESXi and vSphere</li>
<li>Database (IBM DB2, PostgreSQL)</li>
<li>OpenLDAP, Red Hat IDM</li>
<li>Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, etc)</li>
<li>Experience with deployment and support of solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google)</li>
<li>SAN Storage (NetApp, Lenovo DM Storage)</li>
<li>Be able to use used and develop Ansible Playbooks to set up RHEL builds</li>
<li>Be able to provision and troubleshoot Red Hat satellite 6.x or 7.x for both RHEL 7 and 8</li>
</ul></li><li>Ability to author scripts including, but not limited to, KSH, bash, python, java, Ruby.</li>
<li>Must have excellent high-level knowledge of LAN networking and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Participates in on call rotational third level mission critical support</li>
<li>Ability to implement critical solutions real-time</li>
<li>Aid in development and review of training materials for new and existing technology</li>
<li>Must demonstrate independent open-source skill set, as well as advanced knowledge of popular platforms</li>
<li>Ability to travel could be 10% to 15%</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of security and auditing procedures and compliance</li>
<li>Performing performance tuning on OS and hardware</li>

The estimated starting compensation range is $44,450 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. Responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>This position is responsible for supporting the field sales organization, internal management and external customer with reporting and data analysis that provides clear and actionable insights in the areas of category management, promotions and overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated, independent, detail-oriented worker with strong analytical, mathematical and communication skills.</li>
<li>Develops processes to integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources, through use of automation tools which efficiently produce routine reports and maintain data tables</li>
<li>Creates and utilizes Tableau/Power BI visualizations to identify meaningful insights from data sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.</li>
<li>Design reports and analytic applications in a presentable and actionable format that customers can leverage for clear insights and predictive modeling.</li>
<li>Support sales and account management teams in the development of new business opportunities with existing and new customers.</li>
<li>Customer analysis and consultation through development, preparation and presentation to customers, lottery officials and retailers.</li>
<li>Assist customers in helping them drive business growth and ROI through unique and creative analysis.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Market Research, etc.</li>
<li>Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in data science, data mining or related field</li>
<li>Expert-level knowledge of Tableau/Power BI software and visualizations.</li>
<li>Ability to critically evaluate and understand complex business problems, define a solution, and implement it.</li>
<li>Fluent data analysis; ideally SAS, Python, SQL, R, or Knime</li>
<li>SAP Business Objects knowledge to ensure data accuracy and quality assurance</li>
<li>Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and have experience effectively communicating analytical insights with mid/upper-level management.</li>
