The Crew Leader executes site level tasks on BrightView&rsquo;s client sites. This position directs the work of 2-5 other employees and ensures assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and BrightView&rsquo;s clients. The Crew Leader oversees crews working in varying service lines including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

You&rsquo;d be responsible for
<ul>
<li>Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met</li>
<li>Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager</li>
<li>Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed</li>
<li>Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded</li>
<li>Deliver services as specified on client sites</li>
<li>Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work</li>
<li>Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager</li>
<li>Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members</li>
<li>Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew member(s)</li>
<li>Work with Operations Manager, helping to develop and train crew members</li>
<li>Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order</li>
<li>Participate in branch meetings as directed</li>
<li>Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs through electronic time capture (ETC).</li>
<li>Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles</li>
</ul>

The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients. The Account Manager builds long-term relationships that foster client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations.

Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients within the portfolio</li><li>

Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded</li><li>
Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with Operations Manager to review site quality and to ensure that client expectations are met</li><li>
Support the efforts for hiring, training and coaching the field crews that support the assigned portfolio</li><li>
Promote compliance of all safety regulations and policies</li><li>
Ensure branch financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary (enhancement) services</li><li>
Assist the Branch Manager in overall leadership of the branch to include participation in all relevant meetings</li><li>
Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels and CRM account notes as appropriate</li><li>
Coordinate with the Branch Administrator to ensure databases are consistently updated with current client information</li><li>
Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager</li></ul>
