Responsibilities:

</li><li>Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).</li><li>
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.</li><li>
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
</li></ul>Salary range: USD $21.75 - USD $25.00 /Hr.

Qualifications:

You have a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.</li></ul>
