Locally owned and operated, we pride ourselves in providing an eclectic and upbeat work environment while focusing on providing the best experience possible for our guests. Bartending and/or waitressing experience preferred, but we are always willing to train the right candidate.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, ensuring accurate math calculations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure in fast-paced settings like trivia nights or live music events.
