Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess students' academic strengths, weaknesses, and interests to determine their educational goals</li><li>Provide guidance and support to students in developing realistic academic plans</li><li>Help students explore and understand available educational programs and career opportunities</li><li>Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and extracurricular activities</li><li>Monitor students' academic progress and provide intervention when necessary</li><li>Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' academic success</li><li>Provide support and guidance to students facing challenges in their academic journey</li><li>Stay up to date with educational trends and resources to provide accurate and relevant information to students</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field</li><li>Proven experience working as an Academic Counselor or similar role</li><li>Solid understanding of educational systems and curriculum</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED3,000.00 per month
