Job Title: HR ManagerCompany: Brillsworth Realty Pvt. Ltd. Location: Navi MumbaiRole OverviewBrillsworth Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the end-to-end human resources function for our real estate operations in Navi Mumbai. The role requires a strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance, with a particular focus on sales-driven real estate environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, CRM, operations, finance, and corporate roles.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes aligned with business goals.</li><li>Drive manpower planning and workforce budgeting in coordination with business heads.</li><li>Oversee onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes for new hires.</li><li>Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.</li><li>Implement and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.</li><li>Handle compensation structuring, payroll coordination, incentives, and commissions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops &amp; Establishment, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records, MIS, and reporting for management review.</li><li>Support leadership with HR analytics, attrition control strategies, and talent retention.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>6&ndash;10 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or sales-driven organizations.</li><li>Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.</li><li>Experience managing large frontline sales teams is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹17,422.06 - ₹40,752.96 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
