We are looking for a reliable and organized Store &amp; Purchase In-Charge who can take ownership of material management and support our production requirements efficiently.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a hands-on, practical individual who understands the importance of stock control, timely purchasing, and cost awareness in a small manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will:&middot; Be responsible and organized, with a clear sense of accountability.&middot; Be able to maintain proper digital records using basic computer tools like Excel.&middot; Be able to negotiate with local suppliers and ensure timely procurement.&middot; Understand basic inventory principles like FIFO, minimum stock levels and consumption tracking.&middot; Be cost-conscious, avoiding unnecessary purchases or wastage.&middot; Be comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative.Key Responsibilities Store Management&middot; Maintain adequate stock of raw materials, consumables, and tools.&middot; Keep stock records accurate and up to date.&middot; Issue materials to production and record usage clearly.&middot; Ensure lean stock practices (e.g., FIFO, avoid overstocking/wastage).Purchase Support&middot; Communicate with suppliers for quotations and orders.&middot; Negotiate prices where needed, without compromising timelines or quality.&middot; Track and follow up on pending deliveries.&middot; Maintain clear documentation for all purchases.Preferred Skills&middot; 1&ndash;3 years of store/purchase experience in a manufacturing unit.&middot; Comfortable with Excel, Word, and basic inventory systems.&middot; Good communication and negotiation skills.&middot; Capable of understanding basic technical product details.Qualifications&middot; Minimum 12th pass; Graduate or Diploma preferred.&middot; Training or exposure to inventory/purchase roles in industrial settings is helpful.&middot; Basic digital skills (Excel, email, file management) are essential.What We Offer&middot; A steady, long-term job in a growing company.&middot; Friendly and supportive work environment.&middot; Opportunity to learn and take on more responsibilities over time.How to ApplyIf this role sounds like a good fit for you, send your resume to people@brimagfasteners.com or contact us directly.Subject line: Application for Store &amp; Purchase In-ChargeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
