This role is responsible for building and managing our social media strategy and leading the planning, execution, and measurement of events that strengthen our market position and customer engagement.</div><div></div><div><br>
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling social campaigns and execute high-impact events&mdash;from trade shows and distributor gatherings to community outreach programs. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with a passion for live experiences and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Social Media Strategy &amp; Execution</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation.</li><li>
Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and thought-leadership pieces, designed for both social media and to improve SEO visibility and position Brimar as an industry authority.</li><li>
Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries based on company and community policies.</li><li>
Track key metrics to optimize performance and reach; provide weekly and monthly reporting based on relevant KPI&rsquo;s</li><li>
Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and scale content creation without sacrificing quality.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source content, including product highlights, customer success stories, and industry trends.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Event Planning &amp; Management</b></div><ul><li>
Plan, coordinate, and execute Brimar&rsquo;s presence at trade shows, industry conferences, and distributor or partner events.</li><li>
Lead all event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, booth design, collateral, and pre/post-event communications.</li><li>
Develop event marketing campaigns&mdash;digital and offline&mdash;to maximize attendance and engagement.</li><li>
Collect and analyze event performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future events.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure social and event activities align with GTM objectives and revenue goals.</li><li>
Support broader marketing campaigns by integrating social and event initiatives into larger demand-generation efforts.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Analytics &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></div><ul><li>
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for both social media and events, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and event best practices to keep Brimar&rsquo;s marketing fresh and effective.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in a related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in social media management, event marketing, or related marketing roles.</li><li>
Proven success in creating and executing social media strategies that drive measurable engagement, growth, and site traffic.</li><li>
Experience planning and managing trade shows, corporate events, or large-scale marketing activations.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in using AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., for content generation, automation, or workflow optimization) to simplify processes and scale output.</li><li>
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic design/editing platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>
Background in B2B marketing, industrial products, or safety-related industries preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot preferred.</li><li>
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative agencies.</li><li>
Ability to travel as needed</li><li>
