<div>Job Overview: The program associate works on corporate innovation programs &amp; projects coordination and provides day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project sustainability and measure success in accordance with defined targets, strategies and goals. 
 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Planning and organization of program events/sessions</li><li>
Executing program administrative tasks and operations as needed.</li><li>
Plan &amp; schedule program meetings and events.</li><li>
Prepare and coordinate the program weekly and monthly reports.</li><li>
Achieve smooth mentors onboarding, documentations and briefing as per the assigned content within the program weekly schedule.</li><li>
Communicating and coordinating with mentors to book training sessions, conduct onboarding meetings</li><li>
Follow-up on program progress and deliverables according to plan.</li><li>
Generate session summaries</li><li>
Communicating and following up with program participants through the relevant platforms</li><li>
Support program development and solve issues are they arise</li><li>
Liaise with different project stakeholders</li><li>
Handle project related financial administration tasks</li><li>
Facilitate, organize and moderate training sessions if required</li><li>
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports</li><li>
Prepare project reports upon project completion.</li><li>
Conduct research on program relevant topics according to need</li><li>
Support on startups/SMes scouting and mapping exercise</li><li>
Develop the startups/SMes due diligence documents archiving and references.</li><li>
Coordinate with SMEs for documents submissions and registration.</li><li>
Follow up with the startups on outstanding deliverables and updates if needed</li><li>
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor as per projects requirements</li><li>
Learning Brinc tools &amp; materials inside-out to be a resource for teams.</li><li>
