 The Data Entry Processor supports the Finance team by accurately entering, coding, and processing financial data as part of daily operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity across accounting systems and ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with a strong ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This position also offers the opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of accounting processes within a team-oriented environment.
 
 
 
 Pay:
 
 This is an hourly position. The pay range is $19.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on location, skills, and experience.

 What You'll Do

 Accurately enter and maintain financial data within accounting systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Code expenses and assign appropriate cost classifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process internal invoices and supporting documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve issues as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized digital and/or physical records
 </li>
 <li>
 Support general office and clerical duties related to Finance operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet productivity and accuracy expectations for data entry tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality

 High school diploma or equivalent required
 </li>

 Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

 Preferred Qualifications

 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience

 Basic knowledge of accounting principles or strong aptitude to learn

 Prior experience using accounting software (e.g., JDE, Sage, or similar)
 </li>

 Experience in construction, utilities, or project-based environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coding invoices or working with financial transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to identify improvements in data processes and workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

 Work Will Consist Of
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Repairing, Maintaining and Servicing all equipment. (i.e., Bucket trucks, Line truck (Diggers), Cranes, Wire Pulling equipment, Dozers, Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Tracked Equipment, Trailers, Pick-up trucks, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with hazardous tools, i.e., Welders , Torches, Grinders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work around moving equipment and in constricted spaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possessing and supplying own mechanic hand tools. ( diagnostic scanners company supplied along with some specialty tools )
 </li>
 <li>
 Electronically filling out workorders, ordering parts, keeping time and completing daily reports
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Pay
 
 : This is a non-exempt hourly role with required overtime . The pay range is $28 - $42 per hour &ndash; Based on skill and experience level, with opportunity to grow.

 This position will work from our Rapid City, SD location.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 Work with supervision and support from Shop Foreman, perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, maintenance and services on all company and rental equipment. Diagnose the source of trouble and determine the extent of necessary repairs. Employee should keep all materials, tools and equipment in an orderly fashion and maintain a clean work area at all times. Demonstrating safe work habits, proper care for tools and equipment, while following all safety and PPE protocols is required.

 Tractor Trailer Chassis and engine experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Aerial unit experience, Bucket Trucks, Diggers, Cranes
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid, Active CDL A &ndash; Preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 All of these skills can be trained or taught for the right candidate, more experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
