</div></div><div><ul><li><div>Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong understanding of global talent markets and best practices.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Minimum of 5 years talent acquisition leadership with demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams in a global, matrixed organization.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Proven experience in executive recruitment, successfully placing senior leadership roles.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Knowledge of contingent workforce management across multiple regions, especially in global companies.

In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. As a Cash Logistics Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide.
</p><p></p><p>This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers.</p><p></p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Check in all work and cash through window</li><li>
Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed</li><li>
Process check imaging into FIS system</li><li>
Balance all individual teller sells</li><li>
Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.</li><li>
Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day</li><li>
Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match</li><li>
Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately</li><li>
Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
The Qualifications You Must Have:</b></p><ul><li>
18 years old or older</li><li>
Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller
</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
