Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned departments (Wards/ICU).- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.- Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring timely and accurate medical interventions.- **Clinical Duties:**- ER: Triage patients based on severity of condition, stabilize critical patients, and prepare them for further treatment or transfer.- Wards: Conduct routine patient assessments, manage daily care plans, and provide postoperative care.- ICU: Monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced nursing procedures.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.- **Emergency Response:**- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate and effective nursing care.- Participate in resuscitation and stabilization efforts as part of the critical care team.- **Team Collaboration:**- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 2 years (Required)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Nursing License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
