 Position Overview:

 Brand Manager (Digital)
 
 to lead our assigned brand&rsquo;s online presence and drive digital strategies that build brand equity and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital platforms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Content Development &amp; Campaign Management:

 Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content for social media, websites, email marketing, and paid campaigns.

 Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Digital Platform Management:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize the brand&rsquo;s presence across websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Performance Tracking &amp; Analysis:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key brand metrics, including awareness, sentiment, and engagement, and report on progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Innovation &amp; Trendspotting:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment with innovative approaches to drive digital engagement and differentiation.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2+ years
 
 of experience as a Brand Manager in digital marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in developing and managing successful digital branding campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills:

 Experience with e-commerce and digital advertising platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
