Key responsibilities&middot; Production and process optimization: Oversee daily manufacturing activities, streamline workflows, and identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency and productivity.&middot; Financial management: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure financial goals are met.&middot; Compliance and quality: Ensure operations comply with all relevant regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards. Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards.&middot; Supply chain and inventory: Work with procurement and store teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials. Maintain accurate stock records and minimize waste.&middot; Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with departments like logistics, procurement, and human resources to ensure smooth, cohesive operations.&middot; Data analysis and reporting: Analyze operational data and metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
