 This position has the opportunity to work in our Jacksonville, Florida office.
 Salary Range: $73,000 -$86,000/annual, based on experience
 Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Work with project teams to coordinate data collection, data tracking, and reporting while keeping to project schedules, scopes, and budgets</li>
<li>Track project deliverables, review laboratory sample receipt logins, and perform quality checks</li>
<li>Collaborate with the database managers to ensure that the EQuIS database runs efficiently and securely</li>
<li>Run, modify, or develop reports and queries to ensure data quality and accuracy</li>
<li>Coordinate with Earthsoft on technical database inquiries</li>
<li>Support data system design, field data collection, data processing, and data reporting</li>
<li>Respond to client data requests</li>
<li>Coordinate with the project manager and field staff on field data collection issues and act as a point-of-contact on analytical data matters for the project team and analytical laboratories throughout the project lifecycle</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality at all times</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in data management or a similar science degree is required.</li>
<li>At least 3-5 years of experience as a database specialist is required.</li>
<li>Must possess an understanding of relational databases.</li>
<li>Experience with databases and/or environmental data management software, including Access, EQuIS, EQuIS Collect, EQuIS SPM and/or EQuIS DQM are required.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of relational databases, including the core EQuIS Schema.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively and efficiently with precision and adapt to changes in responsibilities and workloads.</li>
<li>Must be able to coordinate and work well with our team members.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Experience working with environmental databases is desirable.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Department of Defense databases, including ERPIMS and NIRIS, is desirable.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
 Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about. Near visual acuity to review documentation, ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times.
