The ideal candidate is confident in routine dental procedures, communicates well with patients, and works smoothly within a team environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and basic endodontic treatment</li><li>Review treatment options with patients and build trust through clear communication</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes</li><li>Ensure a high standard of care aligned with current dental best practices</li><li>Contribute to a positive and professional office culture</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>DDS or DMD from an accredited program</li><li>Active dental license in CA</li><li>Strong diagnostic and clinical skills</li><li>Professional and friendly chairside manner</li><li>Experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Guaranteed daily rate or competitive production percentage</li><li>Consistent patient flow and strong new-patient volume</li><li>Digital office with modern equipment</li><li>Supportive assistants and admin team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per dayWork Location: In person
