Job Title: Juice Bar Clerk
 Department: Juice Bar
 Reports To: Juice Bar Manager
 FLSA Status: Nonexempt
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 The Juice Bar Clerk is responsible for providing service that exceeds the expectations of customers by performing the following duties (other duties may be assigned):
 
<ul>
<li>Listens to customer’s needs and obtains the products as requested.</li>
<li>Fills customer’s juice and smoothie orders.</li>
<li>Makes juice and smoothies orders following Bristol Farms Lazy Acres instructions and recipes as provided.</li>
<li>Stock juices in the outside grab-and-go case.</li>
<li>Prep fruits and vegetables.</li>
<li>Answers customer’s questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.</li>
<li>Answers the phone and takes orders as necessary.</li>
<li>Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service Skills
 Juice Bar Clerks are expected to provide customer service that is extra ordinary and exceeds the expectations of our customers. They are required to follow established policies and guidelines that go beyond simply smiling and greeting customers. Going above and beyond encompasses attitudes, respect, and flexibility. Juice Bar Clerks are expected to have a positive “can-do” attitude; to treat others with respect; and easily adjust to changes in the workplace.
 
Education and/or Experience
 High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
 
Physical Demands
 While performing the duties of this job, the Juice Bar Clerk is required to stand for long periods; walk; frequently use their hands; hands to finger; handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The Juice Bar Clerk frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The Juice Bar Clerk is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Juice Bar Clerk must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Title: Chalk Artist
 Department: Store Operations
 Reports To: Store Director
 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
 
Summary
 The Chalk Artist will design and create chalkboard signs for promotions, store literature, signage, hand-drawn flyers, and shelf signs. They will work together with Store Operations Management and ensure that all objectives and goals of the department and store are met or exceeded, as communicated by the Advertisement and Merchandising teams.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Maintain and produce hand-written and hand-drawn signage for all departments, adhering to company standards.</li>
<li>Maintain visual quality and consistency for all departments.</li>
<li>Perform daily store walks in all departments to check the quality and appearance of signs. Replace as needed.</li>
<li>Illustrate chalkboards for display in departments.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Use courteous and proper etiquette when answering the phones and pages.</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge and application of all merchandising expectations within the department.</li>
</ul>
Education and/or Experience
 High school diploma or general education degree (GED). The Chalk Artist should have previous experience as a sign maker, assistant sign maker, or equivalent. Strong hand lettering, illustration, and graphic design skills are a must, as well as superior spelling skills and the ability to perform simple math operations.
 
Physical Demands
 While performing the duties of this job, the Chalk Artist is frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods. Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders, and squat. The Chalk Artist must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

 Department: Store Operations

 FLSA Status: Non-exempt
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 The Price Integrity Coordinator performs the duties listed below (other duties may be assigned):
 
<ul>
<li>Accurately prices all merchandise by stamping, marking, or placing shelf tags/signs.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily store price change compliance; performs and completes price changes on price change days.</li>
<li>Assures daily price changes are done accurately and completed before the store opens; maintaining price integrity at all times.</li>
<li>Assures all displays and side stacks are priced and marked accurately at all times.</li>
<li>Audits the store to ensure accurate pricing and tare compliance.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times. Keeps aisles free of cardboard and overstock merchandise.</li>
<li>Follows safety work standards and reports any safety hazards to supervisors and/or Store Director.</li>
<li>Serves customers with a smile and a willing attitude.</li>
</ul>
Education and/or Experience
 High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Physical Demands
 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods; walk; frequently use of hands; hands to finger; and handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee occasionally is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
