Position Summary 
 
Reporting to the US Commercialization Lead, Neuroscience, this is a critical leadership role within the Neuroscience organization. This position is charged with ensuring the U.S. performance of Cobenfy in Schizophrenia (SCZ) meets or exceeds our goals, and with the successful U.S. commercialization of Cobenfy in Bipolar Disease (BPD,) if approved by the FDA. This leader will be responsible for ensuring strong matrix collaboration across Brand, Global Commercial Strategy (GCS), Medical, Market Access, Sales, Legal and Business Insight &amp; Analytics in line with the Neuroscience objectives.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
The US Brand Lead will be responsible for ensuring strong performance of Cobenfy in SCZ and launch success of Cobenfy in BPD, if approved by the FDA.</li><li>
This leader will be responsible for the development of all aspects of the U.S. Cobenfy commercial strategy for SCZ and BPD. She or he will be accountable for leading a team of talented professionals with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to support current and future indications, and managing this team with Inclusion to ensure we are enhancing our competitiveness and driving innovation for the ultimate benefit of patients.
</li><li>Additionally, working in close partnership with the U.S. Brand Lead for KarXT, Alzheimer's Disease, as well as, key matrix functions such as GCS, Business Insight &amp; Analytics, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Legal, this leader will ensure a fully aligned and integrated strategy across indications and all matrix functions to deliver a seamless launch to U.S. customers.</li><li>
The U.S. Brand Lead will have full commercial P&amp;L ownership for the indication and accountability for delivering against all financial and forecast targets.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred.
</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience; Sales and marketing leadership, with P&amp;L management preferred.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills to lead/contribute to the overall strategic planning and execution of key deliverables</li><li>
Prior Health Care Practitioner marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in customer focus, insight mining, message development and marketing analytics.</li><li>
Individual should have proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across marketing competencies, BMS values and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.</li><li>
Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and executive collaboration required.</li><li>

The primary responsibility of a Senior Manager in Commercial Regulatory Affairs is to provide expert and strategic regulatory advice and risk assessment on promotional issues with guidance from management to ensure that BMS implements product promotion consistent with BMS policies, PhRMA guidelines, FTC guidelines, and applicable FDA regulations and guidance's.

Position Summary
 
 
The Sr Director, Quality Systems and Compliance, is a full-time position located at the BMS Bothell Manufacturing Plant (JuMP) located in Bothell, Washington. The primary focus for this role is to lead the Quality Systems and Compliance teams to ensure site level Quality Systems (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Data Integrity, Quality Risk Management, and Document Control) are appropriately designed, implemented, and measured for cGMP compliance and effectiveness. Duties/Responsibilities
<ul><li>Identify and implement Quality Systems, risk management principles, methods and tools and author appropriate policies, procedures, and reports and provide guidance to staff.</li><li>
Oversee and manage all areas of the Quality Systems at the site (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Data Integrity, Quality Risk Management, and Document Control) to ensure they are appropriately designed, implemented, and measured for cGMP compliance and effectiveness.</li><li>
Collaborate and contribute to the writing, coordination, review, approval and maintenance of the corporate Quality Systems, Risk Management and Data Integrity Policies and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>
