This is a Full-Time position available from Monday to Friday, ideally working a schedule of 9a -6p. The hourly pay rate is $14.50, based on experience and qualifications. This position is situated at our center located at 1108 Peachtree Street, Cocoa FL 32922.
The Toddler Teacher plans and implements curriculum, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children ages 2 years old . You&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
</li><li>Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
</li><li>Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth</li><li>
Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement 
 
What We Need from You:</li><li>
High School Diploma and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study preferred
</li><li>FL DCF 45 hours required</li><li>

CDA for infants and Toddlers highly preferred</li><li>
Must clear a full DCF level II background check.</li><li>
At least 1-3 years of professional early childhood training/experience</li><li>
Ability to write a lesson plan based on our curriculum &ldquo;Beyond Learning&rdquo;
</li><li>CPR Certification and First Aid Certifications plus</li></ul>
