We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the institute&rsquo;s courses, generate leads, and increase admissions through both online and offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, self-motivated, and capable of building strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses and services.</li><li>Generate leads through online and offline sources (social media, referrals, colleges, field visits, etc.).</li><li>Visit colleges, coaching centers, and business hubs to build awareness about the institute.</li><li>Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to attract potential students.</li><li>Manage flyer distribution, banner placements, and local marketing activities.</li></ul>2. Digital &amp; Social Media Marketing<ul><li>Assist in managing social media pages, posts, and paid promotions.</li><li>Support in creating digital content, videos, and online campaigns.</li><li>Work with the digital team to improve online visibility and engagement.</li></ul>3. Branding &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local businesses for collaboration.</li><li>Support the management in developing branding strategies and marketing materials.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversion data in CRM or Excel.</li><li>Coordinate with the telecalling and counseling teams for student follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports and performance updates.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good presentation and networking abilities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.</li><li>Ability to manage field marketing activities and outdoor promotions.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years in marketing, sales, or education promotion.</li><li>Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
