<div>Join Brixmor as a Construction Adminstrator in our Roswell, GA office to support our Construction Department with financial administration, project documentation, and clerical tasks for retail construction projects. This full-time role requires a solid understanding of the construction process, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with tools like e-Builder and Salesforce. If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, help us keep our projects on track and within budget.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage construction-related administrative tasks, including:<ul><li>
Assembling documents and setting up budgets in e-Builder</li><li>
Creating and amending commitments</li><li>
Reviewing invoices, pay applications, and lien waivers for accuracy</li><li>
Preparing architectural and GC contracts, RFP, and bid packages</li><li>
Maintaining consultant/GC lists, project files, and drawing library</li></ul></li><li>
Monitor budgets and payment progress, running reports using accounting software</li><li>
Facilitate Property Management&rsquo;s use of e-Builder</li><li>
Collect contractor Certificates of Insurance for Risk Management</li><li>
Handle general administrative duties (calendar management, correspondence, filing)</li><li>
Update reports and databases using e-Builder, Salesforce, JDE, and BI</li><li>
Support project assignments and interdepartmental communications</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
BA/BS degree preferred</li><li>
3-5 years&rsquo; experience in a construction-related administrative role preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of job cost and project management</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Proficiency with e-Builder, JDE, Salesforce, or similar systems (required)</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication with meticulous attention to detail</li><li>
Understanding of contracts and leases</li><li>
Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset</li></ul>
