What You will do (Responsibilities) :</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Design and implement</b> cutting-edge AI-driven solutions leveraging the full spectrum of approaches from traditional ML learning to using LLMs</li>
<li><b>Work closely</b> with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to ensure the successful deployment of AI models and applications.</li>
<li><b>Stay updated on emerging AI technologies </b>and industry best practices to provide innovative and forward-thinking recommendations to clients.</li>
<li><b>Provide technical guidance</b> on AI model lifecycle management, including training, tuning, monitoring, and optimisation.</li>

</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You are (Qualifications) :</b></h2>
<ul><li>Extensive experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).</li>
<li>Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as <b>TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, and Hugging Face.</b></li>
<li>Strong programming skills in <b>Python or similar.</b></li>
<li>Excellent proficiency with traditional SQL and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing frameworks.</li>
<li>Ability to analyse large datasets and derive business insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.</li>

Position Overview:</b></h2>
<p>
The <b>Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant</b> plays a key role in managing and overseeing the full cycle of accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate customer billing, timely collection of receivables, and proper transaction recording. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of AR processes and accounting principles. The Senior AR Accountant collaborates with cross-functional teams and is key in maintaining healthy cash flow and financial accuracy.</p>

What You will do (Responsibilities) :</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Accounts Receivable Management:</b>
<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance.</li>
<li>Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve outstanding balances.</li>
<li>Review and ensure proper posting and coding of AR transactions in line with company policies and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Maintain the AR ledger and ensure accurate aging analysis.</li>
<li>Record customer payments and apply them accurately against open invoices.</li>
<li>Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and ensure proper documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Month-End &amp; Year-End Closing:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the AR portion of the month-end and year-end closing activities.</li>
<li>Prepare and review AR journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and account reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare and review Monthly ECL provisions.</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation of AR-related financial reports and supporting documentation.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Customer Account Reconciliation &amp; Reporting:</b>
<ul><li>Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li>
<li>Generate and analyze AR aging reports, highlighting risks and recommending collection strategies.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits by providing the required AR documentation and responses.</li>
</ul> </li><li><b>Compliance &amp; Controls:</b>
<ul><li>Ensure AR activities comply with company policies, IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain and enforce effective internal controls over billing and collections processes.</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of AR processes, revenue recognition, and internal controls.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting systems (ZOHO Books, or similar).</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li>

The role supports the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective end-to-end supply chain operations across international and domestic markets.</p>

Procurement &amp; Sourcing</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute international and local procurement activities in alignment with approved sourcing strategies and company policies.</li>
