Position Overview:</b></h2>
<p>
As a <b>Sales Executive </b>&ndash; Market Expansion, you'll be at the forefront of our growth in Saudi Arabia, helping us build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers across the region.</p>

What You will do (Responsibilities) :</b></h2>
<ul><li>Work on the ground to identify and engage contractors, builders, and suppliers across Riyadh</li>
<li>Generate qualified leads and build a strong, localized sales pipeline</li>
<li>Educate prospects on BRKZ's platform and how it simplifies sourcing and procurement</li>
<li>Meet monthly sales targets and close deals that drive measurable growth</li>
<li>Expand our customer base and unlock new business opportunities in the market</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer success, and timely delivery execution</li>
<li>Partner with the Success team to hand over newly closed accounts for long-term relationship management</li>
<li>Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape our expansion strategy</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You are (Qualifications) :</b></h2>
<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (experience in building materials or construction is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field</li>
<li>At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM tools and basic reporting</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally</li>

As a <b>Sales Operations Associate</b>, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team's efficiency and ensuring smooth operations between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This is a great opportunity for a <b>fresh graduate</b> who wants to gain hands-on experience in <b>sales analytics, operations, and tech-enabled business processes</b>. You'll learn how technology, data, and process optimization drive growth in a B2B marketplace..</p>

What You will do (Responsibilities) :</b></h2>
<ul><li>Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including quotation creation, pricing updates, and order follow-ups.</li>

<li>Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensuring their product catalogs are properly uploaded to the platform.</li>
<li>Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (sales volume, conversion rates, order fulfillment, etc.).</li>
<li>Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.</li>
<li>Monitor lead pipeline and help track progress across different sales stages.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas to improve internal tools, dashboards, and processes.</li>
<li>Support pricing and margin analysis for different material categories.</li>
