Position Overview:</b></h2>
<p>
As a <b>Senior Procurement Officer</b> you will lead procurement activities across our fast-growing operations in the Eastern Region - KSA . You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to optimize procurement workflows in a dynamic, multicultural environment.</p>

What You will do (Responsibilities) :</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Strategic Procurement Management</b>
<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with BRKZ's growth objectives.</li>
<li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Vendor &amp; Contract Management</b>
<ul><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize value.</li>
<li>Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Compliance &amp; Risk Control</b>
<ul><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Mitigate risks by diversifying supplier base and monitoring market trends.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Workflow Optimization</b>
<ul><li>Implement procurement automation tools and streamline approval processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless procurement workflows.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Data &amp; Reporting</b>
<ul><li>Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance dashboards.</li>
<li>Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.</li>
</ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You are (Qualifications) :</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier markets in Saudi Arabia</li>
<li>Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and workflow automation tools.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with ability to present data-driven insights.</li>

<li>Develop predictive models and analytics to strengthen portfolio performance.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal risk appetite.</li>
<li>Provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership through reporting and dashboards.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You are (Qualifications) :</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in credit risk management, ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or banking.</li>
<li>Strong grasp of credit risk models, regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV), and digital lending practices.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in risk management tools and data analysis platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Passion for innovation and building scalable, responsible financial solutions.</li>
