<p>
Broach Media Inc. is looking for a highly skilled SEO &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist who understands both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website visibility on search engines and ensuring our content is optimized to appear in AI-driven search results and answer engines.</p>
<p>
This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and modern content optimization strategies across multiple CMS platforms.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare the audit report and indicate the errors</li>
<li>Strong grip of technical SEO</li>
<li>Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.</li>
<li>Optimize websites for AI-powered search platforms and generative search results.</li>
<li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and other digital marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.</li>
<li>Optimize websites across multiple CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and custom-built websites.</li>
<li>Create SEO-optimized blog content and landing pages.</li>
<li>Design simple graphics or visual assets for blog posts and social media when required.</li>
<li>Monitor analytics, rankings, and campaign performance and provide regular reports.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, AI search developments, and digital marketing tools.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant education and certification</li>
<li>Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of AI search optimization / generative search SEO.</li>
<li>Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising strategies.</li>
<li>Expertise in WordPress SEO and optimization, with working knowledge of Webflow, Framer, and custom built websites.</li>
<li>Knowledge of technical SEO including schema markup, site speed optimization, indexing, and structured data.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.</li>
<li>Basic graphic design skills for creating blog visuals and social media graphics.</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking and ability to track and improve performance metrics.</li></ul><br>

Salary &amp; Benefits</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Probation Period Salary: PKR 50,000 &ndash; 60,000 per month</li>
<li>Increment: Salary will be increased after the probation period based on performance and results.</li></ul><br>

<li>Full-Time Night Shift</li>
<li>This is not a part-time role.</li>
