Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Performed CLIA-compliant sample preparation and transformation for sequencing pipelines using diverse automated instrumentation and laboratory techniques.</li><li>
Served as a subject matter expert for all standard operating procedures within a designated functional area, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>
Actively monitored process quality metrics, presenting data to ensure processes remained within specification and escalating deviations as required.</li><li>
Meticulously managed all functional area documentation, including BQMS and JIRA tickets, maintenance logs, and competency records for regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Collaborated in troubleshooting operational issues and contributed to brainstorming and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Designed and executed supervised experiments to support process validation and development, applying a foundational understanding of laboratory biology and chemistry.</li><li>
Maintained effective cross-functional communication and follow-up to ensure alignment on shared projects and goals.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
