   Drive Engagement: Support the administrative end of the employee engagement survey process and help identify strategies that strengthen our workplace culture.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner for Success: Support HR Business Partners in talent management, career development, compensation, performance improvement, succession planning, corporate/business initiatives and preparation for monthly leadership updates and/or all hand meetings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leverage Data: Manage HR analytics and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, insights, and compliance with audit controls.
  </li>
  <li>
   Be the Go-To Resource: Respond to routine employee questions, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure consistent application across the organization.

   Champion Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance HR processes, recommending innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

   Support Organizational Growth: Contribute to HR&rsquo;s role in mergers &amp; acquisitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and integration.

  What We&rsquo;re Looking For

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or minimum of 2 years related knowledge of HR policies, processes and HRIS processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  </li>
  <li>
   A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to flourish in a fast-paced and changing environment, in which multiple priorities need to be effectively managed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to identify, drive, and participate in implementing process improvement actions.
