Job Responsibilities:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Assist the team in day-to-day operations (managing the department distribution inbox)</li><li>
Research online databases to strategically recruit trade specific contractors</li><li>
Send, track, retrieve and review sensitive vendor on-boarding documentation including W-9 forms, Certificates of Insurance and Vendor Agreements</li><li>
Maintain direct working relationships with our existing vendor base to support current and future business needs</li><li>
Utilize Umbrava to manage vendor profiles and all data entry within the system</li><li>
Negotiate vendor costs to meet the specific client&rsquo;s expectation</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with vendors to support current and future business needs</li><li>
Assist in establishing and upholding company policies and procedures</li><li>
Other special recruiting projects as assigned</li><li>
Aid in training vendors to utilize Umbrava and other related software/systems</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelors degree preferred</li><li>
Experience working with &amp; managing sub-contractors</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Ability to work and communicate efficiently with all levels of colleagues, vendors, and other external contacts</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Reliable and dependable</li><li>
Organized &amp; detail oriented</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>
