The HR Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, talent management, compliance with international regulations, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR policies, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining an efficient work environment.Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations</li><li>Proficiency in HR policies, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to manage and lead HR functions in a fast-paced BPO environment</li><li>Proven ability to work in an international setting and handle diverse teams</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in an International BPO setup</li><li>Proven track record in bulk recruitment, especially for international processes</li><li>Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-driving capabilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and stretch as needed to meet hiring goals</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and recruitment platforms</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning:<ul><li>Lead high-volume hiring for international voice/non-voice processes</li><li>Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business demands</li><li>Build sourcing pipelines and manage vendor coordination when needed</li><li>Ensure TAT and quality of hiring remains consistently high</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; HR Operations:<ul><li>Lead, train, and motivate a team of recruiters and HR executives</li><li>Monitor and improve team performance through clear KPIs and mentoring</li><li>Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee records</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building:<ul><li>Design and drive employee engagement programs aligned with international BPO culture</li><li>Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work environment</li><li>Handle grievance redressal with maturity and confidentiality</li></ul>Performance Management:<ul><li>Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and feedback process</li><li>Identify underperformance issues and assist in performance improvement plans</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Administration:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR standards</li><li>Maintain HR MIS, audit readiness, and statutory documentation</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Hands-on approach with a &quot;get-it-done&quot; attitude</li><li>Willingness to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments</li><li>Flexible with work timings if required to align with global operations</li></ul>SALARY RANGE:<ul><li>3 Lacs LPA to 4 Lacs LPA</li></ul>Call HR : 9967718747 or Drop Resume -hr@brocussolutions.comJob Types: Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,761.04 - &#8377;34,446.11 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
