We are looking for a skilled Colorist specializing in gradients and color grading to enhance the visual aesthetics of our video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for color harmony, be proficient in industry-standard tools, and be able to collaborate closely with cinematographers, editors, and the creative team to ensure consistent visual tone and mood across projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply professional color grading, corrections, and gradient adjustments to videos and digital content.</li><li>Enhance mood, atmosphere, and storytelling through precise color manipulation.</li><li>Work closely with cinematographers, editors, and creative directors to understand the desired visual style.</li><li>Ensure consistency of looks, tones, and color palettes across all deliverables.</li><li>Manage and maintain LUTs (Look-Up Tables), presets, and gradient profiles.</li><li>Balance exposure, contrast, saturation, and highlight control to match references or intended mood.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
