Part-Time Interior Design Assistant (Experienced Only)Location: Delray Beach, FL (In-Person)Hours:15&ndash;30 hours per hourly pay: $25&ndash;$35/hour, based on experienceBrooke J Design Group is an established luxury residential interior design firm serving South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has prior experience working for an interior design firm and can contribute immediately with minimal training.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings</li><li>Prepare mood boards and renderings for presentation</li><li>Source furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and accessories</li><li>Create furniture specifications and presentation boards</li><li>Obtain vendor pricing and coordinate orders</li><li>Track purchasing, deliveries, and installations</li><li>Conduct field measurements and site visits</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients</li><li>Assist with project management and day-to-day studio operations</li></ul>Required QualificationsPlease apply only if you meet ALL of the following requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 years of experience working for an interior design firm</li><li>Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD and space planning</li><li>Experience sourcing furnishings and finishes</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Reliable transportation for local project site visits</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Luxury residential design experience</li><li>Experience with Houzz Pro, SketchUp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools</li><li>Procurement and purchasing experience</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking for Someone Who Is:<ul><li>Self-motivated and proactive</li><li>Exceptionally detail-oriented</li><li>Professional with clients and vendors</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Looking for a long-term opportunity with a boutique design firm and room to grow to more hours with full time</li></ul>To ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio (required)</li><li>Brief cover letter</li><li>Your hourly pay expectations</li></ul>Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.Pay: $24.80 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delray Beach, FL 33446
