Job Description</div><div></div><div>
Overview</div><div>
Manage all aspects of sales and traffic reporting systems as well as builder inventory for Kissing Tree. This person will assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of Realtor Relations and the day-to-day operation of the welcome center for Kissing Tree. Duties could include ordering supplies, keeping inventory and stocking of collateral, interacting with visitors to the welcome center which could include prospects, homeowner, and vendors, management of technology in the welcome center including digital displays, and lot allocation software. Hours to include weekend hours.</div><div></div><div>
Key Deliverables</div><div></div><div>
Reporting</div><ul><li>
Accurately track all sales, traffic, and inventory data</li><li>
Manage lot allocation system alongside the sales and traffic</li><li>
Produce sales and traffic report weekly.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Customer Experience (General Duties)</div><ul><li>
Understand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points &ndash; the Welcome Center, at model homes, at amenities and throughout the community.</li><li>
Guide the Welcome Center guest experience to ensure guests&rsquo; wants and needs are met or exceeded as well as register guests and enter into our CRM database (SalesForce or similar).</li><li>
Open, maintain, and close the Welcome Center according to procedure.</li><li>
Perform administrative functions such as maintain an inventory of supplies and gifts as well as assist the Marketing Manager.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Builder &amp; Relator Relations</div><ul><li>
Maintain and update all pricing and QMI information on our digital platforms</li><li>
Support the real estate agent outreach program and assist with execution of any special Realtor promotions or incentives.</li><li>
Attend occasional networking Realtor breakfasts or lunches or other CE classes and agent events when needed (both onsite and offsite).</li></ul><div></div><div>
Community Support</div><ul><li>
Assist and participate in community events, grand openings, and other special promotions as scheduled on and off-site.</li><li>
Knowledge of competition, new shopping centers, and commercial construction nearby, parks, entertainment, etc &ndash; to stay abreast of what is happening around Kissing Tree.</li><li>
Maintain collateral in Welcome Center</li></ul><div></div><div>
What You Bring</div><ul><li>
College degree (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>
Real estate experience (preferred).</li><li>
1-2 years customer service experience in high-end resort, real estate, or retail environment delivering exceptional customer service.</li><li>
Marketing/Sales background is a plus.</li><li>
Positive energy, warm and welcoming personality (both on phone and especially in person), and excellent customer service skills.</li></ul><ul><li>
Superior oral and written communication skills are a must.</li><li>
Detail oriented and analytical person with the ability to easily multi-task.</li><li>
Creative person who can bring unique ideas is helpful.</li><li>
Expert knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet-based applications (required).</li><li>
CRM (Salesforce) experience and ability to learn new software easily are both preferred.</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as be a great teammate and team player within a small team.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible schedule &ndash; Position is full-time and includes a work week of most likely on weekend day and four weekdays&ndash; and occasionally evenings, plus some holidays.</li></ul><div></div><div>
