Job Overview Front Desk Receptionist at busy, upscale dental office (Park Slope/Boerum Hil inl Brooklyn, NY)Upscale dental office looking for upbeat, experienced patient relations coordinator. Job duties involve answering multiple telephone lines, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing mail, computer skills, keyboarding skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding customer service skills. We strive for perfection; however, a fun personality is required! We work as a team, so please team players only!Key Requirements:<ul><li>Must pass pre-employment examination.</li><li>Drug testing required.</li><li>Background check required.</li><li>Must be proficient in written and spoken English.</li><li>40 WPM keyboarding skills with a covered keyboard test.</li><li>High school diploma and 3 years administrative experience required, but college education or prior medical office experience is highly preferred.</li></ul>Please, serious and career oriented applicants only.
