 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Brooks International is seeking a highly driven
 
 Executive Analyst
 
 to play a pivotal role in converting business assessments into engagements for billion-dollar global CEO&rsquo;s. This senior-level position is critical to our business development cycle and requires exceptional analytical, presentation, and client engagement skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 **Note that this position sits at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL, but will require 60% travel to client sites.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the conversion of business assessments to engagements, achieving company standards for quality and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business development by creating and presenting compelling assessment decks and case studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct executive exchanges to validate client readiness and decision processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply Brooks International&rsquo;s assessment methodology to identify performance gaps and quantify bottom-line impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver high-quality findings, proposals, and presentations that drive client commitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all engagement proposals meet client expectations and profitability targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain thought leadership on industry trends and continuously improve methodologies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-makers and build strong client trust
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills to present complex insights clearly and persuasively
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or similar high-performance environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, supported by relevant certifications within IIBA or PMI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)
 </li>
 <li>
 Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified Data Analyst
 </li>
 <li>
 SQL (Oracle SQL Associate or equivalent vendor-neutral certification)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert skills in Excel
 </li>
