</ul><div>Global Sample Purchase Orders (SPS) Coordination</div>
<ul><li>Coordinate global SPS PO activities to support product launches and market readiness.</li>
<li>Gather and organize cross-functional inputs needed to support timely and accurate SPS execution aligned to GTM milestones.</li>
<li>Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across functions and regions for a high-visibility, detail-oriented process.</li>
<li>Maintain SPS status reporting and communication materials to provide visibility to priorities, risks, and next steps.</li>
<li>Communicate updates and escalate risks or blockers to support timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify SPS execution across Footwear and Apparel, in partnership with MSP leadership and cross-functional partners.</li>
</ul><div>Cross-Regional Inventory Process Support</div>
<ul><li>Support designated cross-regional inventory management processes and programs, including reporting, process documentation, inventory visibility, and recommerce-related coordination.</li>
<li>Coordinate with eCommerce, Finance, regional planning teams, and cross-functional partners to support alignment on inventory flow and execution plans.</li>
<li>Track risks, gaps, constraints, and follow-ups; escalate issues when additional direction or decision-making is needed.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent reporting and visibility across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.</li>
</ul><div>Global Capacity Planning &amp; Data Support</div>
<ul><li>Support capacity planning activities through data preparation, file maintenance, timeline coordination, and reporting updates across Footwear and Apparel workflows.</li>
<li>Help maintain critical planning tools, files, and calendars to support data accuracy, timeliness, and cross-regional alignment.</li>
<li>Analyze capacity signals and planning inputs to help identify constraints, risks, and opportunities for improved alignment between demand, sourcing, and manufacturing capabilities.</li>
<li>Coordinate milestone inputs and updates with MSP, Sourcing, and regional partners to support reliable planning outputs.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, visibility, and consistency within global capacity planning processes and workflows.</li>
<li>Support Sourcing agility efforts by contributing data and process support related to blocked horizon, manufacturing line saturation, and batch size visibility.</li>

<ul><li>Partner closely with MSP leadership to support evolving global planning priorities and transformation-related activities.</li>

<li>CPIM, CPSM, or similar certifications preferred</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management; global or multi-region exposure preferred</li>
<li>Experience working in S&amp;OP, supply planning, manufacturing, demand planning, operations, or logistics environments</li>
<li>Ability to work cross-functionally in global environments, coordinating inputs and maintaining visibility across multiple stakeholders</li>
