Your Job:</b></div><div>
As the Principal, Affiliate Marketing &amp; Direct Mail, you will partner with your manager in developing and leading Brooks&rsquo; demand generation strategies focusing on Affiliate and Direct Mail marketing to both retain and acquire new customers to the brand while also helping to increase brand awareness and drive business results for BR.com. As a key leader on the NA Paid Media Team, you&rsquo;ll be accountable for helping to develop and implement our strategies and overseeing tactical execution and optimizations across multiple channels/programs including affiliate, partner marketing, referral marketing, and direct mail.
</div><div>You will be accountable for external vendors and agency management, ensuring the channels are meeting and exceeding brand and performance KPIs to drive the business. You will lead cross-functionally building relationships to drive the business across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Products teams to support programming and attain target KPIs across channel. The ideal candidate is one who is effective at collaboration, communication, performance, and is curious to learn something new every day, challenging the norm. Success in this role means being a high-impact business contributor, growing cross functional leadership skills, and driving strategy in a highly collaborative and data conscious environment.</div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Own the Affiliate Program strategy and expand program to content, influencers, and partner networks to drive incremental revenue, grow runners one digital referral at a time, and open new marketing/advertising opportunities for the brand
</li><li>Own the direct-to-consumer mail strategy and process, completing the brief, pagination, and creative execution with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Own tactical planning for key marketing campaigns (Tier 2,3) for affiliate and direct mail programs
</li><li>Manage partner agencies and external vendors, providing them with clear direction and strategic leadership
</li><li>Own request process for program creative needs and contribute to design feedback in partnership with manager for direct mail campaigns
</li><li>Support launch of referral marketing program, in close partnership with manager, Loyalty, Ecommerce and Digital Products teams
</li><li>Own budget management for programs including quarterly/yearly forecasting and modeling in partnership with agencies/external vendors
</li><li>Assist manager in developing the quarterly budget plans and monthly targets, and approaching agile budget planning process based on the business flows
</li><li>Pull data, analyze, draw insights, and clearly communicate campaign results to team members and provide recommendations to improve spending and inform optimizations
</li><li>Analyze eCommerce-based campaign performance data, reporting weekly key KPIs and providing actionable insights to meet business goals</li><li>
Develop test and learn opportunities across all programs with aligned KPIs
</li><li>Own measurement and reporting on all affiliate related programs, as well as direct mail (close partnership with Paid Media agencies, data vendors and Analytics.
</li><li>Monitor and report a detailed monthly dashboard of KPIs to all stakeholders on the broader marketing team
</li><li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams (including Digital Products, Integrated Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and IT) and external vendors to lead delivery of key programs, campaigns, and workstreams
</li><li>Develop and define the tools and metrics to measure, report and optimize our investments

<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualfications:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience required
</li><li>10+ years of experience executing digital customer experiences, with preference for consumer brands driving performance programs
</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience working within an eCommerce, Digital Marketing and/or Paid Media team
</li><li>Curious mindset with a bias towards action to move ideas into reality
</li><li>Ability to create a vision, define new ways of thinking, create new roadmaps and concepts, navigate ambiguity, define, and execute test/learn scenarios and influence stakeholders
</li><li>Ability to run independent analyses and access data to create strategies to drive the brand
</li><li>Proactively seeks creative solutions to increase demand and look holistically at the consumer journey
</li><li>High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point and strong aptitude to learn technical applications quickly. Experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics a plus
</li><li>Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, or other project management tools a plus
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills - you can use verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly, and succinctly, including slide composition
</li><li>Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, flexible and adaptive to changing priorities

Compensation:
</div><div>The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $131,662- $210,680 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</div><div></div><div><br>

<div>The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within their designated key accounts within a specific market/region. You will manage specific sell-in and sell-thru aspects of business across Brooks categories including footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks. This includes managing seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through across each of the designated key accounts, generating strong and consistent growth results against our annual goals in revenue and profit.</div></div>

 Collaborate with sales mgmt to deliver against the yearly strategic sales goals for account including footwear, apparel, bras, and socks which will align with the company's revenue targets
</li><li>Achieve and analyze backlog goals for footwear, apparel, and accessories for your account(s), by seasonal deadline
</li><li>Create backend support through bulk process management, as well as forecasting key product drivers that ladder up into brand initiatives
</li><li>Manage inventory levels and monitor sell through percentages during in season to drive replenishment (at once) and maintain bulks (future) orders, while reducing returns
</li><li>Develop a monthly business review for your account that provides feedback to internal teams around the health of your account and competition
</li><li>Influence external key stakeholders to create seasonal brand and product initiatives that ladder up to brand goals, across physical and digital platforms
</li><li>Develop and lead seasonal product presentation, creating a strong assortment of adoption across each category of product
</li><li>Develop and collaborate cross-functionally each sales program via grassroots events, including in-store promotions, expos, store running teams, etc. to develop account relationships and drive product sell through
</li><li>Partner with local Brooks Guru to ensure alignment on revenue and marketing plans for the account
</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within Brooks, such as Credit, Runner Experience, and Distribution Center
</li><li>Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders such as owners, buyers, marketing teams to provide best-in-class service around account needs
</li><li>Be the expert on your key account and provide field feedback on our products, information on competitor's products, programs, and services, as well as marketplace activities
</li><li>Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships within the US military branches</li><li>
Represent the company at military industry days and related events</li><li>
Visit exchange locations regularly to support and drive sell-through initiatives at the store level</li><li>
Travel includes to accounts in assigned territories, with additional travel to attend tradeshows, bi-annual sales meetings, and key account visits</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
</li><li>5+ years of experience required
</li><li>Residency in the Mid-Atlantic region required</li><li>
Experience with footwear and apparel sales preferred
</li><li>Prior experience in military sales is strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience managing key/strategic accounts preferred
</li><li>Experience working in Microsoft Data Cube, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau preferred. Strong understanding of basic MS Office programs
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
</li><li>Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
</li><li>Strong presentation skills
</li><li>Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)</li><li>

</b></div><div>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. The total cash compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,000 in our highest geographic market. Base pay offered will consider the specific geographic market and will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
