We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new clients. This role requires a strong networker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in client acquisition and business expansion.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand Broshtech&rsquo;s customer base.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and company objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients.</li><li>Provide regular reports and forecasts on business development activities and performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Marketing (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the technology or IT sector.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Strong understanding of business development processes, client relationship management, and market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives/commission.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.</li><li>Professional growth and career development opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative team culture and supportive leadership.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
