ob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct and supervise non-destructive tests using VT, PT, MT, and UT methods to assess material properties and detect discontinuities, ensuring compliance with ASNT standards.</li><li>Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures and techniques, ensuring alignment with ASNT requirements and applicable industry codes.</li><li>Interpret and evaluate test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations to engineering and quality teams.</li><li>Train, qualify, and certify NDT personnel according to ASNT guidelines, enhancing team capabilities and knowledge.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing methodologies.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy according to ASNT specifications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with advancements in NDT technology and techniques, particularly those recognized by ASNT.</li><li>Manage and mentor the NDT Process Improvement Leader.</li></ul>Desired Characteristics:<ul><li>Knowledge of boiler and pressure vessel code.</li><li>Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of ASNT standards and industry regulations related to non-destructive testing.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
