Address any questions or issues customers may have Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.</li><li>Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities</li><li>Direct prospects and leads to the sales team, Keep an updated customer database</li><li>Always strive towards meeting sales quotas, and track and document calls and sales.</li><li>Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales and deliveries and arranging appointments.</li><li>Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.</li><li>Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts.</li><li>Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.</li><li>Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.</li><li>Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.</li><li>Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.</li><li>Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff</li><li>Entering order information into the company database</li><li>Answering Client questions regarding their account or sales products</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.</li><li>2 or more years&rsquo; experience in sales and telesales.</li><li>Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.</li><li>Computer literacy &ndash; MUST .</li><li>Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.</li><li>The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join us?</li><li>What are your salary expectations?
