What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div></h3><ul><li><div><div>
Perform mechanical repairs on facility equipment including wheelchairs, beds, carts, pumps, fans, HVAC systems, laundry machines, and kitchen equipment</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Handle plumbing tasks such as pipe repairs (copper, steel, PVC), drain cleaning, and assembly/disassembly of sinks, toilets, showers, and baths</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Maintain and repair furniture, doors, windows, wallboard, locks, floor tiles, and ceiling tiles</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Erect and dismantle scaffolding; perform painting, plastering, and wallpapering as needed</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Work with electrical systems (single and poly-phase), installing or repairing motors, starters, switches, and current-limiting devices</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Support facility systems including paging and call light systems, boilers, and fire protection equipment</div></div></li></ul><div><div>

High school diploma or equivalent preferred trade school or technical training preferred</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in general maintenance, building systems, or a related trade</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required</div></div></li></ul></div>
