Job DescriptionBrow Arc is seeking to hire a brow threading specialist to work in our brow specialty salons located in the Valencia Town Center. We offer facial threading, facial and body waxing, brow tinting and laminating, facials, a full line of brow and beauty enhancement products, and more.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Cleaning and sterilizing equipment and tools</li><li>Sterilizing equipment and tools</li><li>Properly following all company policies and procedures</li><li>Performing hair removal procedures including threading and waxing.</li><li>Properly communicating with clients regarding services rendered, treatment results, and other important information</li><li>Maintaining a clean and orderly work area at all times</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned by management or supervisor</li></ul>Education and Experience Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a beauty setting required.</li><li>Previous threading experience required.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment with co-workers of various skill levels.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: $16.50 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
