This individual will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong broker partnerships, driving creative underwriting solutions, and influencing the direction of our Tribal business. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000/year. Bonus potential based on new business generated.</div><div></div><div>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li><div>
Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key brokers to drive new business and retain renewals.</div></li><li><div>
Lead strategic broker engagement, including account planning, pipeline development, and performance reviews.</div></li><li><div>
Develop creative and customized underwriting solutions for complex risks, leveraging cross-functional collaboration with engineering, claims, and loss control.</div></li><li><div>
Exercise underwriting authority to make timely, informed decisions that align with business goals and risk appetite.</div></li><li><div>
Influence leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of the Tribal Program through market insights and portfolio analysis.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze loss trends and claims data to inform underwriting strategy and risk mitigation plans.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate the program&rsquo;s value proposition and risk appetite clearly and effectively to broker partners.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in special projects and initiatives that support innovation and growth.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
REQUIREMENTS:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or five or more years of commercial insurance or managing general agency experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of multi-line P&amp;C lines of business, including product features, forms, regulatory environments, risks, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Proven underwriting experience, ideally within Tribal or specialty lines.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues to quickly deliver solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.</div></li><li><div>
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.</div></li><li><div>
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and lead initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and analytical skills.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable working independently and making high-impact decisions.</div></li><li><div>
Routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.</div></li><li><div>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and possess an acceptable motor vehicle record at the time of hire and periodically thereafter.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain the minimum acceptable insurance coverages and limits as defined by Arrowhead/Brown &amp; Brown.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Pay Range</div>
